          Ardour Brows and Lashes Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This loyalty program is open to all clients of Ardour Brows and Lashes who are 18 years of age or older. Participation in the loyalty program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Program Participation: Participants are eligible to accrue loyalty points (“Points”) with each paid service at Ardour Brows and Lashes. Points are tracked on a loyalty card provided by Ardour Brows and Lashes at no cost to the participant.
3. Accrual and Redemption of Points: For every four (4) services purchased, participants will receive a discount of 25% off their fifth service. For every nine (9) services purchased, participants will receive a discount of 50% off their tenth service. Discounts apply to services of equal or lesser value to the average of the preceding services.
4. Expiration: Points must be redeemed within 12 months from the date they are accrued. Unused Points will expire at the end of this 12-month period.
5. Modification and Termination: Ardour Brows and Lashes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without notice. This includes changes to the program rules, benefits, or eligibility requirements.
6. Non-Transferability: Points and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
7. Privacy: By participating in the loyalty program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Ardour Brows and Lashes for the purposes of administering the program and as described in our Privacy Policy available on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability: Ardour Brows and Lashes is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of loyalty cards. Ardour Brows and Lashes will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes concerning the loyalty program or interpretation of these terms and conditions will be resolved by Ardour Brows and Lashes at its sole discretion. Decisions made by Ardour Brows and Lashes regarding the loyalty program are final and binding.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ardour Brows and Lashes operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
