APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS:
Due to high demand, if you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your booked appointment, it will be cancelled and given to those on the waitlist.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
If you have made an appointment for more than one service (on the same day) and decide to cancel one/or more of your appointments (on the same day of your service), we reserve the right to retain a percentage of your deposit relative to the cancelled service/s.
For example: if you have made an appointment for a Brow Lamination and Lash Lift, arrive on the day of your appointment and decide to cancel your Lash Lift appointment, we will retain your deposit for the Lash Lift component of your service.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
Please read the deposit policy thoroughly before paying your deposit
Please note a 50% deposit is now required for all services including Eyelash Extensions services + any Brow/Lash/Skin Packages, to secure your booking time. Booking deposits are now required for online and offline bookings.
Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you do not show up to an appointment or cancel / reschedule within 24 hrs of your appointment.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation/rescheduling must be given for lash extension services and any brow/lash package. Failure to cancel in the time or requesting to reschedule more than once will forfeit the deposit (for example, if your appointment is on a Thursday, to avoid us forfeiting your deposit, you would need to reschedule on/before Monday)
This deposit is non-refundable in all cases yet can be transferred to another date.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your new time will be scheduled at our next available date.
*For online bookings, salon coordinator and managers would ensure that those clients have been contacted and deposit has been received before their service date.
APPOINTMENT TIMES & RUNNING LATE:
As a busy salon, we run on very strict times allocated for each appointment. If you are running late to an appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our services, we can NOT rush. If too much time has passed upon arrival to perform the treatment, you will be rescheduled to the next suitable time and cancellation fees will apply.
RETURN ARDOUR SIGNATURE POLICY:
Our “Return Ardour Signature” service is exclusive to clients who have regular brow shaping (3-4 week intervals).
Please book in for “The Ardour Signature” if you have not had brow shaping before or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last brow shaping service.
GIFT VOUCHERS & PRE-PAYMENT OF SERVICE:
Gift Vouchers and pre-payments of any service are non-refundable in all cases. In the event that you wish to change your gift voucher service a salon credit will be given to use on that service on future available date.
